Description: By channeling chakra down to the toe of her foot, Yusuri can move in a rapid spinning movement, without any large deterrence from being on water or land, however, regular objects can still block her direction. By using slight tilting movements and sheer momentum the user can move around in spinning movement until they become incapacitated or stop their movement, from necessity or disruption. Effect: Move with chakra balancing you on the ground or water while spinning rapidly.
- Damage: None
- Damage Notes: Damage can be added if combined with a waltz, or use of a weapon.
- Range: None, This is a advanced movement.
- Length: Until drained of all Chakra and/or Stamina, or if kept constant 8 posts.
Drain: 25 Stamina per post, 50 Chakra Initially, and 10 chakra each post to maintain. Word Count: | |

Drain: 25 Stamina per post, 50 Chakra Initially, and 10 chakra each post to maintain. Word Count: Accepted, with a clear understanding, and this jutsu, much like your other toppa jutsu, do not give you shortcuts at levitating in mid-air. There need's to be a ground source underneath you for it to work. | |
